Smith III look over the glass tile mosaic called Amber Waves of Grain, depicting Naperville's farming and prairie heritage installed at the corner of Main Street and Jefferson Avenue this week as part of the Century Walk project. The three were among the 15 volunteers who worked on the project with artists Kathleen Farrell and Kathleen Scarboro who designed the mosaic. The perimeter of the mosaic lists the names of 22 Naperville farms that later became residential neighborhoods.
