Created in classes as a comprehensive, cooperative art project by local students working with teachers and artist-in-residence Corinne Peterson, the quilts were inspired by internationally-renowned artist and author Faith Ringgold. Funded principally by the Naperville Jaycees and others noted on tiles at the base of each quilt, we give this gift, our youth's visual thoughts and feelings, to our community. Thank you for believing in us.
