Honor someone you care about
in Century Walk's largest mural —
"Naperville Loves a Parade". The latest
work of art, depicting the spectators and
businesses along the route of the "Parade of
the Century", will soon adorn the south wall of "Rubin's Way" — the alleyway between
the GAP and Talbot's on the west side of
Main Street. It will be painted in the style of
Place them in the Parade Crowd.
Whether you want to honor your parents,
grandparents, children, spouse or friend —
or have your own image painted into this
special scene — this is a once-in-a-lifetime
opportunity. It is available on a first
come basis to people who send in their
tax deductible donation and appropriate
photograph or make arrangements to be
photographed by the artists.

art project by sending your donation,
together with this form, and a photograph,
if applicable, of the person(s) you'd like to
honor to: Century Walk Corporation. In the
alternative, you can have a photo taken by
making arrangements with the lead artist,
Dodie Mondero at 630-290-2429.
Four Additional Portraitures will be Raffled in the Community during June.
Raffle tickets cost $10 each or 3 tickets for $25. Prizes will consist
of either (1) one person; (2) a couple; (3) a group of four, or (4)
a business name on a sign. Tickets will be available at Casey's
Foods, Minuteman Press and Dean's Fine Clothing. They will also
be sold at the site by artists during June. A raffle drawing will be
held on June 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th, 2011.
Conditions of Portraiture
Only color photographs with the image in focus are accepted,
and cannot be returned.
- Our artists have complete artistic license over how each
person is incorporated in the mural and the size of the
portrait, use, placement, color, lighting, and style of painting.
- All copyrights will belong to the artists and Century Walk
Corporation. No reproductions of the mural can be made
without written consent from both parties.
- All decisions made by the Century Walk Board relating to any
portraiture will be final and no donations will be refunded.
- The portraiture sponsor agrees to indemnify and save
harmless the artists and Century Walk from any claims
relating to finished renditions of any portraiture.
